  1. I didn’t like my experience when I went into Donia Supermarket. The cashier was very as he asked me twice how much I wanted on my TV license, I told him, £6.50, and he said £7.50, in the end I checked the receipt and he did the transaction right, however I felt very bad, as it felt like the cashier was not listening to me. Next, I asked for three pounds to be put on the gas card, and he said how much again, like he couldn’t understand me, and I repeated it, then the cashier did the transaction. I asked the cashier if the shop did mobile top ups and the cashier said, how much, not saying yes or no to my question and I said £5.00. The cashier said is that all? I said yes, this saying made me feel like the cashier did not want to serve me and that I was asking for a lot. I understand the Donia supermarket may be a busy business, however I would like the cashiers/workers of the Donia supermarket, to act with empathy, and be more pleasant when dealing with customers, otherwise they will lose customers from their business.

The cashier was very rude as he asked me twice how much I wanted on my TV license, I told him, £6.50, and he said £7.50, in the end I checked the receipt and he did the transaction right, however I felt very bad, as it felt like the cashier was not listening to me. I thought I was speaking in a clear tone of voice, but maybe I wasn’t.
